The house was very clean and comfortable.

Spacious rooms and toilets. The KL view is magnificent especially the Menara 3M. The traffic at the residential is not busy. Parking was okay. Only one free parking inside premises.

My experience staying here was fabulous.

Securing the key was completely seamless: I reached out to the team via WhatsApp, and a representative met me directly at the main entrance since it operates as a serviced residence rather than a traditional hotel with a front desk. The apartment itself had everything I needed. The bedroom was cozy and fitted with effective blackout curtains, complemented by strong air conditioning, a compact kitchenette, and a convenient in-unit washing machine. As a great bonus, the TV came fully equipped with active Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions. The space was remarkably clean and tidy upon arrival, and the upper levels offered a breathtaking view of the Kuala Lumpur skyline. Best of all, the location is unbeatable, sitting just a short walk away from the Petronas Twin Towers and major shopping destinations like Suria KLCC and Pavilion Mall. I would happily reserve this place again without a second thought.

Within 15 min walk you are in the centre so great location, appartement is in a huge building with 24/7,convenient store downstairs . I would book again next time

We had a pleasant stay at Scarletz KLCC by SOULASIA.

The location is great, especially if you want to explore the KLCC area, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance. We also really appreciated their kindness and flexibility when we needed a little extra time for check-out. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the team for the warm hospitality. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Kuala Lumpur!

Overall good stay, but no water dispenser in the unit so remember to get necessities from the mart downstairs (they close at 10pm) Everything else is cool, recommended for a short stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. I would especially like to highlight Ibrahim, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout my stay. He was always happy to help, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and always greeted guests with a genuine smile. His outstanding hospitality really made my stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the entire team, and especially to Ibrahim, for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I would be very happy to stay here again!

The price was very affordable and offered excellent value for money. The location was ideal — close to the city center, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone looking for quality accommodation at a reasonable price. I would happily stay here again!

The room was spacious just like in the pictures.

It was clean and had a nice balcony view, making it perfect for a staycation. The location is excellent within walking distance of the Petronas Towers. I also liked the 24- hours supermarket in the lobby and the coffeeshops in the same building. It's very accessible to restaurants and transportation, which made the stay even more convenient. Absolutely recommended.
